RENAULT KANGOO E-TECH 100% ELECTRIC in York North Yorkshire
Electric without compromise, the KANGOO E-Tech van offers up to 186-miles of driving range. You can replenish 105-miles of range in 30 minutes at an 80kW charge point, with 80kW rapid charging and 22kW AC charging capability equipped as standard. The My Renault app lets you pre-condition the cabin remotely and you can specify 3 regenerative braking modes to change how the electric motor responds on deceleration. All this adds up to make the KANGOO E-Tech immensely capable.
Available with a medium or long wheelbase with 3.3m3 to 4.2m4 of cargo space, the KANGOO E-Tech also offers a 608kg-764kg payload capacity and tows a braked trailer up to 1,500kg, ensuring you can always do the job. 20 driver-assistance systems are available, including optional adaptive cruise control, active emergency braking system, lane keeping assist, and blind spot warning. Trims include Start and Advance. Advance models get the EASY LINK display with an 8” touchscreen and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an electric parking brake and rear parking sensors.
Design
The KANGOO E-Tech’s professional body includes daytime running lights and 16” steel wheels, with wheel trims in Advance grade. There are six body colours to choose from, and the Advance model has an 8” touchscreen.
Drive
The 90PS/245Nm electric motor delivers strong, flexible performance with maximum power and torque available instantly. The 44kWh battery delivers excellent efficiency, with AC 22kW + DC 80kW charging for easy mobility.
Practicality
Specify a long or medium wheelbase with 3.3m3 to 4.2m3 of cargo space. The medium wheelbase has a load length up to 3 metres, and you can add an optional retractable interior rack to safely stow ladders and other items off the floor.
Living with it
Even Start models have automatic air conditioning with a heat pump, Bluetooth, electric front windows, and automatic headlights and wipers. Add super-low running costs and the vibration-free drive, and you have the ultimate small van.
